External plaster repair and moisture check

Need quote to repair external stucco/plaster for monoclad home. This would involve a moisture check for multiple points in the house: garage window, living room sliding door, multiple roof join points. Where appropriate would like to have a moisture measurement using a non-invasive microwave device and also do an invasive open if needed ( --- ). Fix, reseal and repaint if there’s damage found.
