plasterer and painter needed for Ceiling TLC

We have a ornate plastered ceiling which has not survived a trip to Martinborough very well (as part of a house relocation). It needs some TLC and restoration including 1: all the horrid bright green paint stripped off 2: repair any damage done due to house relocation 3: Repaint white. We also have some wonderful scocia in the same situation 1: all the horrid bright green paint removed, scocia repaired and repainted white. The property is in Martinborough. Please DO NOT respond to this job if you are outside of the area and intend to charge me extra for travel time!!!!!! The job is NOT urgent - can be undertaken at anytime over the next 3-6 months. The photos were taken before the house shifted so looks better than it actually is.
