Repair to water damaged stipple in ceiling (possibly contains asbestos)

We had some water damage to our ceiling stipple (approx. 700mm x 200mm) in our lounge in September last year. We had the leak on the roof repaired thinking that the ceiling would just need a paint but it has since bubbled/cracked so it needs to be repaired. Please note that the stipple is very likely to contain asbestos as we have had a positive test done in the hallway, but have not had the lounge tested so you will need to be qualified to handle asbestos.
