Minor plaster repairs/painting

We are on the hunt for someone to do a few small plaster/paint touch ups around our home as we prepare our house to go on the market. The main job would be to repair a crack across our hallway ceiling caused by a previous leak and the rest just a few small chips, holes and scratches in walls.
