Repair replace gib board and paint

Heya im just wondering if u replace jib board and paint as there was a leakage due to the basin being right above it on the up stairs bathroom and now the jib is all soft and wet one half is okay the other half is not the leakage has now been fixed but its hard to open and close bottom toilet due the sagging and wet jib if u could give me a qoute on that be awsome cheers
