Fix my wall!!! Please

I have a hole in an exterior wall, I've been told its made of Hardy Plank/Fibrolite, and that the whole board/wall will need replacing as plastering will not be adequate. I need someone to fix/install the wall please. I have no idea what these things cost and dont have a large budget, so looking for the cheapest but still quality option. If you're willing to arrange payment options, even better.
