Amery plastering

Basement of house is overhung by top story, and where there are no windows is clad in painted 1970's shadowline fibre cement sheet cladding in good condition. I would like to have it skim plastered over to look similar to the modern cladding upstairs, which is plastered over polystyrene with cavities. There are 3 ranch sliders, a door and 5 windows, and various bits of plumbing. Total area to be plastered is about 71.5 sq metres, including a small amount upstairs.
