Lounge - gib fix, high quality skim and undercoat.

Hi I have recently stripped wallpaper in our lounge. Prob 8x5x(V ceiling, 3m) ish. I would require; - New strip of gib round the floor level of the room (was one of those rooms where the carpet came up the walls roughly 3 inches or so, I have removed the carpet but need the wall covered). - New skirting. - Hole in the wall, square metre type thing that would need fixing. - Sanding the walls, prime, skim coat sanded to a high quality paint finish. Then undercoat. - Sand, prime and paint x4 door frames / window frames. Interested in hearing high level costs please (I amy do some of the other work, but the skim coat + sanding is a must for someone else to do). Then we can get photos / come round for a more accurate quote. Thanks,
