We have some old-style carpet down which is up the walls by about 20cm As we're getting ready for some new flooring, we want to prep the gib / plaster & sand, and put down new skirting. Room 1 is 3.9m by 3.6m, with one side an archway of 1.2m - so around 13m of skirting needed. Room 2 is approx 4m by 4.5m, so allow around 17m of skirting needed.
