Resurface cinder block retaining walls

resurface cinder block retaining walls to give it a smooth cement wall appearance. There is 1 big crack and some smaller cracks in the wall that needs fixing. There are 2 walls that borders the driveway and front of property. One is +- 11m and the other +- 14m long. The hight of the walls vary from 30cm to 1.5m. On average the height is probably 1m.
