Scrape and sand plasterboard to remove small pieces of loosely attached cement plaster and small ripped pieces of gib paper, then apply new plaster finish to the plasterboard to produce a smooth finish suitable for painting. The area previously had a wall of bricks in front of it and these have been removed leaving the original gib wall ready for re-plastering. The area to be prepared and plastered measures 2950 mm high x 1200 mm wide. We do have some sections of new gib to repair parts of the wall if needed but it looks to be suitable for cleaning up and plastering without requiring these. Photos are attached showing the area to be scraped, prepared and plastered. The job also requires gib stopping two small screw holes where hall way heater has been removed. This is also shown in a photo attached.
