Skim coat on kitchen ceiling + wall plastering

I am repainting my kitchen and the ceiling needs a skim coat by a plasterer before painting. The ceiling is made of that old horse hair plastery stuff. I'm also having a new wall put up by a builder and I need the gib plastered. This is in preparation for selling our house in Jan, so I need the work done very soon - in the next few weeks ideally.
