Harditex repair

Hairline cracks in monolithic exterior (e.g Harditex) require attention. Ex building inspector suggests I have then reamed out and filled and repainted. No apparent sign of dampness or water incursion and house feels dry and warm but need a builder who is familiar with this type of construction..
