A medium to large bedroom (18.5 sq. m), L-shaped hallway (6.5 sq. m) and double cupboard (1.1 sq. m) need plastering. The gib is new and joins are tapered. Skirting will be installed on bottom, scotia on top and architrave around doors and windows, so these screws will be covered.
