Stucco repairs

We recently removed some windows from a bedroom and replaced it with french doors. As a result, some damage has occurred to the surrounding plaster and plaster hood over the window. The timber under the plaster hood was rotten so the plaster hood suffered some additional cracks. obviously I want to either repair the hood or have it replaced if absolutely necessary while addressing cracks and other minor damage to the door surround. The door is temporarily water tight but addressing the gaps will stop the wind blowing in around the frame and tidy up the door.
