please quote small job - 1 coat skim coat 1 room + inbuilt robe + ceiling 3.6x3m. 2.4 ceiling wallpaper off already all good to go, some taping will be required goldline corner trim in corners, including robe and ceiling to walls to supply: goldline trims + plaster + tape. 1 COAT ONLY NO SANDING
