We asked for a wall to be skim coated and patched after having aircon cabling run. As others have mentioned communication was difficult and only the patches were skim coated, not the whole wall. Unfortunately I couldn't see the work completed until a day later. My partner assumed all was ok and completed as requested which was not the case. When I asked Lee to come back and skim coat the whole wall as asked in the quote he refused. Wall attached with gaps in skim coating.
