Repair Hole in wall

We have a hole made in the wall in our lower hall. It's the thicker gib, i would have to measure the thickness. We do have a sheet that can be used on-site already. It would be nice to have something behind the gib to strengthen it as well. The best time to do the job is between 9 am and 2 pm as the lower hall is used Monday to Friday by a before and after school program. I would say Morning is best but can also be done on Saturday as no one uses the room then. We just need a quote to fill the hole and plaster. No need to paint. The Actual Hole is 300 mm by 200 mm. The Gib is 19 mm thick. There is insulation behind the gib as well.
