Basement Gib Stopping

I've recently lined our basement. It's approx 40-50m2 floor area, divided into 2 rooms. The internal wall is pretty much the only full height walls as the outer walls are generally block wall lower with gib above. The ceiling is also now lined (with 2 beams). Looking for a jib stopper to speed up this job (faster than I'd be able to do it!), so that I can follow on with painting etc. Looking for a pragmatic job, as at the end of the day it's always going to be a basement/rumpus (with concrete floor). I.e. fast not perfect is fine!
