Plaster over textured bedroom walls

One bedroom of my house was painted with rag roll style/texture paint before we moved in. We want to get rid of this eyesore, my research tells me this will probably need to be plastered over to remove the texture effect. Please see pics for details of wall sizes and some pictures of the wall texture. Approx total square metres for the job is 29 square metres. All we require is the plastering work to be done to remove the texture - painting over the new plaster we can do ourselves. The job is in Okura, Albany
