Hi, we have a 1950s house in beach haven and are looking for a price to skim coat plaster and sand the existing gypsum boards on walls. We have removed wall paper and will pigment seal before plaster goes on. Looks a bit rough but we have done before in other rooms and managed to get good finish - see photo. Room is approximately 2.8m square with a 2.4m stud height. Hoping to get done before Xmas, cheers
