Remove crown moldings and fill, ready for paint

We are looking to remove all of the crown moldings in the interior of our house. We need them removed, then the gap filled and prepared for us to paint (we'll be doing the painting ourselves, so need a smooth flush surface to the ceiling). We are currently looking for price estimates. We would need it done for 2 small bedrooms, 1 medium bedroom, 2 lounges, a kitchen, a hallway, and a foyer. Approx --- square meters of interior excluding garage.
