build a bathroom off master bedroom

We would like a bathroom built off of the master bedroom. It will probably need to be built into the adjacent bedroom - not sure. Would be helpful if someone could provide some advice as to the best location to add it, but most likely it will be an internal bathroom. Want cabinetry, mirror, heated towel rail, toilet, fan, definitely shower but maybe bath if we can fit it.
