house extension

Hi, I'm looking at buying a property that is 650 sq m with a 127sq m house on it. I want a rough estimate for extending the house by 35sq m both at the front which has the kitchen/lounge opening into a deck that extends the whole length of the house and extending the back also by 35 sq m. The front deck thats elevated (photo attached) needs the railing to be removed and instead extend the deck below to ground level to fit around exisitng decking, about 75 sq m built around exisitng native trees. Also I want to know an estimate of how long it will take to finish this job. I know this is not enough or clear info but I just want an estimate so that i can see if I can afford to buy the house and do the renovations at this stage. Your input will be very helpful.
