Dividing garage into room and garage

I would like to divide my double garage into a room and garage and adding a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. This would require: 1: A wall through the garage dividing it in 2. 2: Building a apprx 3m2 room for the shower/toilet where the existing sink for washing mashine is. 3: Installing a small kitchenett in the rumpus room. 4: Adding a door from the rumpus room to an existing bedroom. 5: Moving the existing washing mashine sink. 6: Moving an opening in the ceiling for an upstairs storage to the new garage ceiling and closing the old hole. 7: Plaster & gib new walls and old ceiling opening.
