Hallway & Lounge Plastering

We have a hallway that has been stripped of old wallpaper and lounge that is soon to be in the same state, we would like to have the existing plaster board spot plastered and skim coated in preparation for us to paint ourselves. We can prepare the plaster board with sanding etc beforehand but it would also be good to get an estimate of whether someone could prep and plaster. Original plaster board, 1968 build. We are probably looking at a mid-Feb time frame
