New Ceiling Installation

I have had a leak in my roof which is soon to be repaired and need to get the gib in spare bedroom replaced or if its a better option repaired. I am open to discussing whats the best option. I am happy to do all the painting etc, just need someone to get it to that point. I have attached a photo of the damage
