Approx 10mt x 7mts ceiling needs sanding and re-plastering, correcting poor job on rebuild. Ceiling has obvious plaster not sanded correctly, and can still see jib joins through plant. Some small cracks in plaster. Fill and re-plaster after light removal in main living area and repair broken plaster around existing lights in kitchen.
