Plaster bedroom

We have a bedroom we would like plastered and sanded prepared for painting - preferably with as little mess as possible as the kitchen is right next door and I ended up with plaster in my cupboards with the last room. Room size is approximately 3m x 3.5m with one wall being a ranchslider. If you could provide an approximate hourly rate and how long you estimate the job might cost in your introduction that would be great. Thanks
