Unfinished Job

We have a storage room in our warehouse that has unfinished plastering due to the job being interrupted earlier in the year with the lockdown. Id like to get it skimmed, sanded and painted. The room is about 5 x 5, walls and ceiling as well to be tidied up so we can use the room for storage etc. I would expect it would be about 5 hours over two days or so.
