Restore interior walls for rental property - Mangere Bridge

Hello, I am looking for a quote to do some interior renovation work for a rental property to restore the walls. Work I would like carried out. - Stripping wall paper - Wall and ceiling plastering and gib-fixing - Re-paint whole house walls and ceiling - Trimming and skirting The home is a 2 bedroom unit in Mangere Bridge. You can review proposed plans and a video of the property below: --- I am getting a builder to replace a few walls and demo etc. I am after a quote on cost and time.
