Thermal Scan investigation shows my house needs some repair work as follows: Room: Bedroom 1 Upstairs (Closest to toilet) Comment: Thermal Anomaly Detected. A non-invasive moisture reading of 38% was obtained in this room in the bottom left and right corners of the window. An invasive inspection in the bottom right corner recorded 19% moisture, and in the bottom left 23% moisture. Room: End Bedroom Upstairs Comment: Thermal Anomaly Detected. A non-invasive moisture reading of 26% was obtained in this room in the bottom left and right corners of the window. An invasive inspection in the bottom right corner recorded 19% moisture, and in the bottom left 19% moisture. Room: Upstairs Bathroom Comment: Thermal Anomaly Detected. A non-invasive moisture reading of 38% was obtained in this room in the bottom right corner of the window. An invasive inspection in the bottom right corner recorded 19% moisture. Room: End Bedroom (Middle Floor) Comment: Thermal Anomaly Detected. A moisture reading of 27% - 47% was obtained in this room under the window An invasive inspection in the bottom right corner recorded 23% moisture. Room: Lounge Ceiling Comment: Thermal Anomaly Detected. A moisture reading of 48% - 70% was obtained in this room directly under the upstairs bathroom.
