1) celings replaced in bathroom and toilet 2) front door - hanging of new door and repair/replacement of glass side panel. 3) provision and hanging of bifold louvred wardrobe doors 4) fix toilet window that no longer closes 5) Look at bathroom door that doesn't close since renovation 6) Re-hang pantry door so that it closes properly 7) remove bathroom mirrorred cabinet and replace with standard wall mirror

Workmanship = generally good. However my heated towel rail looked like the leaning tower of Pisa and I had to get someone to put it up straight for me. He also did not finish the job - Steve hasn't been back to finish siliconing around the shower and I guess I will have to pay someone else to do this. I have rated his responsiveness, adherence to schedule and professionalism as awful. His work in the bathroom is still not complete 4 weeks after he started. He refused to answer his phone and my phone messages for days at a time and I did not know whether he intended to come back and finish the job or not. I understand that Steve had some medical problems to deal with, but to ignore my attempts to find out what the situation was is just plain unprofessional. On the plus side, Steve did some extra little jobs for me at no expense. However, I have to say that this failed to make up for what was an extremely stressful experience for me. Overall, I cannot recommend this tradesman.
