Plastering for a bathroom and toilet

Job image

Job description

Interior plastering
Paraparaumu Beach, Kapiti Coast

Published on 6 July 2024

We have a small plastering job for our main bathroom and toilet. We've had a leak which has damaged some gib near the new shower, there are marks from where the old shower used to be, some chipping wear on one corner of the bathroom and the old mirror appears to be glued to the wall so will cause damage when it is removed prior to the start of the job. The rest of the area has been done. The area around the vanity in the toilet needs plastering where the old vanity and toilet roll holder were. We would like both areas checked to make sure they are ready for painting.

Our job was to completely prep a bathroom and separate toilet to the stage where my daughter could do the painting. Sue came round and we discussed what needed to be done. Unfortunately I wasn't there when the tradesman came and there was a miscommunication. The tradesman asked if we wanted it sanded and my partner said no so the job wasn't finished to the degree we were quoted. However, all got sorted, the price adjusted and we would definitely use them again.
