Bathroom/Laundry small plastering. Hot water cylinder encased.
Job description
We have had a new shower put in the bathroom and of course it is not the same size as the old one.A small amount of plastering needs to be done and also a small job on the floor where some sanding and repolyeurethaning needs doing. Old taps need to be taken out in laundry area [ by the back door]and some plastering and sanding. A new hot water cylinder needs to be encased outside the back door.

Colin from CN Builders contacted me only about 20 minutes after I had posted the job. We arranged to meet at our beachhouse where the work was to be done. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Although it was a relatively small amount of work this was carried out skillfully and was just what we wanted. He left the area clean and tidy and the cost was what we expected. We were very pleased with Colin and would certainly use him or the firm again in the future..
