GIB - Skim Coat

I have just stripped all my wallpaper, I'm needing somebody to come and give my walls a skim coat. Would also be great if you could give my door frames and skirts a sand because the next thing I'll be needing is a painter. If you're a builder that can skim coat my walls, paint, lay new flooring and build a new floating wall to separate my living from lounge then i'd be very glad to hear from you. I have a budget of $20,000 for all of that.
