Plaster and skim coat a room.

Have just removed a build in wardrobe as well as the wall paper for a room and the wall that is under the wardrobe is just brown. There the wallpaper was there are a number of places the existing plaster has flaked and needs to be remade smooth as the room is going to be painted. Also there was a heat pump installed about 12 months ago and the pipes where placed in the wall so there is a 'cut' that was made which would need to be filled.
