Exterior Waterproofing

We have a concrete, 2 storey commercial and residential building in Avalon which is experiencing significant leaking during certain rains. This has been traced so some cracks and construction joins. We urgently need someone who can waterproof one wall where the cracks are. Attached image shows current leaking area
