ceiling repair and paint

Three downstairs family rooms textured ceilings to paint. Large entrance foyer two story house cracks between textured ceiling panels need plastering and foyer ceiling and adjoining hallway ceiling need painting. There is no crumbling just joins on panels have opened up. Entrance foyer has large dome and there is a large chandelier that would need to be removed to allow job to proceed, this would not be a problem. Ceilings have been confirmed as white asbestos.
