Fix 4 plaster cracks around windows

Small interior job for good plasterer. 2 x walls have cracks in plaster in line with window sills.2 Cracks in one window approx 150mm long. In other 2 x approx 250mm long. I have tried to repair the smaller cracks 3 times but each time the crack reappears after less than 3 months. I need these jobs done prpoerly that will LAST the distance. If you can help please get in touch. Prefer local tradesman as small job.
