A 1980s built standard 80sqm home is to have the original textured finish on all interior linings removed then replastered for paint finish. Plumbing works will need new gib in places too. Entry to the property for works assessment/pricing tbc and expected to be from 20 Feb to 25 Feb 2024. Desired completion date of works is 25 Mar 2025, tbc. Plasterers with access to an available builder are desired.
