Gib Repair Peacockes Road

I have two small areas of water damaged Gib Board that need to be repaired and finished to a standard ready for painting. The first of approximately 1m2 is the lower half of the wall behind the toilet while second is an area of ceiling of similar size. These are shown in the photos and it should be noted that the ceiling is at a height of 4m above floor level. I will arrange for a plumber to remove the toilet and cistern prior to the work commencing and I will also deal with the tiling.
