Bed room gib stopping

We have removed the wall paper so that we can paint the walls. We need the walls prepped (skim coated) ready for this. The room is 4m x 3m. There are small gaps where the walls meet. If we can get this done before school goes back, there will be someone home all the time, it will be a bit trickier to arrange to do this on my days off.
