Interior wall plastering

We are installing a wall and doorway to partition two spaces in an office. The wall will be of conventional gib construction. We need this wall gib stopped, plastered and painted to a white finish to match the surrounding walls. The wall is going in this weekend, and will be available for the work from monday. We need the job completed no later than 6th of September, earlier is better. The wall will be in the two ground level openings (not the truss in the roof apex). These openings are both 3m high and 2.3m wide. Both sides will need finishing, so total square meterage is 27.6m2 less the doorway.
