Fix my Loo

Hi, I began to peel wallpaper that had been painted over by previous owner. I stopped as it appeared that the gib board wasn’t sealed before being papered. I used the ‘spray the wall with water’ trick but I didn’t know if I was doing it right or not, so I stopped. I need someone to get the loo ready to be papered properly. I already have the sealer but you’ll need everything else. It would be advantageous if you wallpapered as well so maybe you can do it start to finish. I would like to have this job completed by the end of August at the latest, so if you are a plasterer only then I would prefer to get it done in the next 10 days or so, so I can get a paperer in. This is negotiable of course. You will see water marks at the bottom of some gib, but this appears to have been a long time ago as the walls are solid top to bottom.
