Sleepout in Silverdale

We are renovating a 1 bedroom, self-contained sleepout. We are looking for someone to patch holes in the ceiling (old lights removed), sand and plaster plus sand and varnish 2 small bench tops. The sleepout consists of one room that is a kitchen and lounge and the other is a bedroom with bathroom. Its all in pretty good nick, we just need someone to get it all ready for a new lick of paint. We need someone to do this as soon as possible after Easter but by April 30th at the latest.
