Repair cracks in exterior plastering and make watertight

The exterior of our villa has two areas of plastering where cracks have formed on the lower edges of each section above where it meets weatherboards/windows below. This is about 2.5-3m I am guessing off the ground, so some scaffolding or similar will be necessary. Painting not mandatory unless necessary to complete weathertight seal, but please quote separately if you can spot match exisiting colour too
