bedroom gib stopping

We have stripped the old wallpaper from our daughter's bedroom and would like it to be plastered in preparation for painting. Dimensions are: 3400 x 3600mm 2300 mm height excluded areas are the door, single glazed windows on one wall, double wardrobe doors on another wall and the desk alcove (pictured). The desk alcove has two built in shelves and desk which we would prefer not to take down as they are nailed/screwed onto the wall. Would like to get this done by mid September 2022.
