skim coat plastering -Dunedin

I will strip the wallpaper back to the plaster of my living room (4.5mx4x5m) and then need a skim coat of plastering done so I can then sand and prepare for painting. Two of the walls are substantially filled with windows and doors. Quote all inclsuive of GST, materials and based on estimated time please. If the quote is good there will be repeat work on offer.
