Plaster small exterior retaining wall to match existing wall

5 m long x 0.5 m high x 0.2 m wide exterior block-type retaining wall needs plastered on top and inner side. Needs to be plastered to match texture of existing retaining wall as closely as possible. Additional small plastering job around new sump in concrete slab. Ideally need this to be done in 2-3 weeks following a quote.
